How to set feel-good goals (and ditch the rest)

If hearing people talk about their new years resolutions or their 5 year career plans makes you want to walk off a tall building, maybe you should start thinking differently about your goals. Like, really differently.

If you ask me, the best way to think about goals is to first ditch the ones that feel shitty. Because a lot of us are dragging around outdated goals that actually make us feel bad. And isn’t that kind of, uh, exactly the opposite of what goals are meant to do?
