3 Qs to help you reclaim your time

Feeling a little strapped for time? Join the club! In fact, you’d probably have difficulty finding someone who isn’t feeling a bit stretched for time these days. I’ve gotten much more intentional about how I’m spending my time recently, but it took me a helluva long time to get to this point (and I’m still working on it). If you’d like to feel a little less rushed and a little more chill, here are a few Qs for you to consider:

How are you spending your time in the evenings? Giving it away to other people? Like your boss, your partner, and your kids? Are you doing the Netflix zone-out thing? How’s that workin’ for ya?

How are you spending your time at work? Are you constantly panicked and just reacting to things or do you plan out your week? Do you do a lot of task switching? Do you create pockets of time to work deeply on one task? What’s your preferred schedule? Even if you have a traditional 9-5 you still have some control over how you spend your time at work.

Who are you spending your time with? Got any energy suckers in your life? People who exhaust you? How much of your time are you giving to them? Can you reclaim some of it and spend it with good vibes peeps instead? (Hint: you can.)
